Save the Date! Banquet is Coming!

The 2025 Woodbridge High School Instrumental Music Awards Banquet is right around the corner! It will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the Irvine Improv from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Our annual banquet honors the activities and achievements of our amazingly talented band, orchestra, percussion, color guard and dance groups; and there is so much to celebrate this year! This is a celebration for the ENTIRE family, so bring them all - siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends!

You'll have the opportunity to enjoy mingling with  your fellow WHS students and families, a lunch buffet, photo opportunities, opportunity drawings, our student awards ceremony, the much-loved "Senior Send-off", as well as announcement of the program's student leadership for the 2025-2026 school year, with the afternoon culminating in the highly anticipated 2025 WHS Entertainment Corps Field Show reveal!

Opportunity drawings will be taking place throughout the event. If you wish to purchase a quantity of presale tickets at reduced cost for donated items, an order form is available for submission. These ticket purchases can completed by returning this form, along with a cash or check payment, to Ms. Blasdel or Mr. Harris. Presale tickets purchases will be available for pickup upon arrival at event registration on the day of the banquet.

• All paper order forms must be returned or online ticket purchases completed by May 24, 2025.
